Caroline has an extensive management experience small businesses, and in the beauty and fashion industries. Caroline has a fashion design degree and is a well known creator and designer in the area. She received a Cosmetology degree from Douglas J Institute, and was winner of the national competition to design and present models at the 2002 Aveda World Congress in Minneapolis, Minnesota. She also completed an Associate Degree in Business from Lansing Community College. She has developed and ran Creative Beauty for 5 years.
